- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just left this practice and let me just say that as a rep, I’m sure it must be exhausting for office staff to constantly have to deal with us wanting to schedule lunches, requesting providers to sign off on prescriptions and droping off random marketing material. However, when a rep goes to your office because they were told to be there and that someone from that office was made aware of it, even if it does turn out to be miscommunication, this does not give you the right to be rude, condescending or roll your eyes. We’re just doing our job. I am always professional with everyone I interact with and was very dissappointed in the tone and manner in which one particular staff member there addressed me.November 12, 2017by S Davis
